How We Got Here
Arkansas Property Buyers was built on a simple foundation: treat people the way you'd want your own family treated. Randy Thomason launched the company after decades of experience in entrepreneurship, real estate, and community involvement across Arkansas. He saw too many families get lost in complicated transactions during some of the hardest moments of their lives – and set out to create a better option.
Over the years, that mission grew into a team and a network. Randy brought in his son Anthony, who combines an entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on contracting experience, giving APB the ability to evaluate and help with properties in virtually any condition. Bobby Holts joined the team to help expand APB's reach and continue the family's commitment to honest, relationship-first service.
Today, APB works with families across all of Arkansas – from the Arkansas River Valley to the Delta – helping them navigate foreclosure, probate, senior living transitions, and as-is sales. My husband, Colton, and I currently live in Alabama where he is stationed on a Coast Guard Cutter. When he isn't out at sea, we like to spend our free time with our two dogs, Mike and Bella, taking walks on the beach or running around the dog park.
